What is the difference between peel and stick and traditional wallpaper?
Peel and stick is self-adhesive: no paste, repositionable as you hang it and designed to be removed later. Traditional is a thick, durable paper hung with paste applied to the wall (paste the wall). How do I measure my wall?
Our wallpaper comes in 61cm (24") wide panels in six heights: 61, 122, 183, 244, 305 and 366cm. Measure your wall's height and width, then:
- Choose the panel height that is the next one up from your wall height.
- Divide the wall width by 61 and round up to get the number of panels. A 260cm wide wall needs five panels.

How do murals work?
Murals are a single picture scaled to the size you choose, rather than a repeating pattern. They are printed as numbered 61cm (24") strips and our standard sizes are 4:3. If you need a different size, email us your wall measurements.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Every wallpaper has an 8" x 12" sample option for £2. Choose "Sample" in the size menu on the product page, in either peel and stick or traditional paper.
Will the pattern line up between panels?
Yes. Panels are numbered and the pattern always matches from one panel to the next. All the panels in an order are printed in the same run, so the colour is consistent across the wall.
Can I use peel and stick wallpaper in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes, in well-ventilated rooms, as long as it is kept away from direct water and steam. Avoid shower areas, splashbacks behind sinks and the wall right next to the hob.
Can it go on textured or freshly painted walls?
Peel and stick needs a smooth, clean, dry, painted wall. If you have just painted, wait four weeks for the paint to fully cure before hanging. Traditional paper is more forgiving on walls that are not perfectly smooth.
Can you print a custom size, colour or my own image?
Yes. Email your wall measurements, and for your own artwork a high-resolution image (around 300dpi). We send a proof and quote before printing.
Wall stickers
Are the stickers removable and reusable?
They are repositionable while you plan your layout, so you can lift and move them until you are happy, and they peel away cleanly when you want a change. They are not designed to be reused once removed.
Will they damage my paint?
They are designed to come away without damaging sound, fully cured paintwork.

Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). UK standard delivery is free and takes 2-4 working days. Express delivery is £3.95, or free on orders of £150 or more.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, with transit times of 2-11 working days:
- European Union: €14.99, free on orders of €100 or more
- United States: $25, free on orders of $150 or more
- Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the UAE: £30, free on orders of £150 or more

What is your returns policy?
Wall stickers and decals can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Please email us first so we can approve the return.
Wallpaper is printed to order for each customer, so it cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Custom and personalised items and sale items are also non-returnable. See our refund policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or I ordered the wrong size?
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email contact@clickwalls.co.uk straight away with your order number and clear photos and we will put it right.
Because wallpaper is printed to your order, we cannot refund a wrong size chosen at checkout, so please check your measurements carefully. If you are unsure, email us before you order and we will help you work it out.
