Made‑to‑Order Wallpaper (No Returns or Refunds)

All wallpaper sold by ClickWalls is made to order and printed specifically for each customer once an order is placed. As a result, wallpaper orders are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This exemption applies under UK and EU consumer law for custom‑made goods. Please ensure all measurements, designs, and order details are correct before placing your order.


Returns (Eligible Items Only)

For items that are not made to order, we offer a 30‑day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, contact contact@clickwalls.co.uk. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@clickwalls.co.uk with clear photographs so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made‑to‑order wallpaper

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return, it must be returned and a new order placed separately.


EU & UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply to made‑to‑order or custom‑printed items, including wallpaper. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.


Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Notes

By placing an order with ClickWalls, you acknowledge and accept that wallpaper products are custom‑made and excluded from standard return and cancellation rights.
